Mesotherapy

It is a nonsurgical method used for years in aesthetic medicine in order to improve the skin’s appearance. Therapy outline

Substances administered deep into the skin are absorbed overtime. To achieve the optimal effect, it is necessary to carry out approximately three procedures in 3-4 week intervals. Regular supplementary treatments will help to maintain the desired level of correction. The series of treatments may be repeated after 6 months.

 

Counter-indications

  • pregnancy, breastfeeding
  • patients with a tendency for hypertropic scaring
  • locations or vicinity of locations of inflammation and skin infections (acne, herpes)
  • patients with diagnosed hypersensitivity to any of the components
  • cancer

 

Note! The interval between the procedure and other skin rejuvenation methods (Botulinum toxin, Botox, laser therapy, chemical peeling, microdermabrasion) should the at least 3 weeks – the necessary time between treatments is determined by the physician

Precautions

  • In case of patients with suffering from or with a history of autoimmune diseases the decision regarding procedure is made by the physician on a case by case basis, depending on the type of illness and treatment applied. It is recommended to maintain particular caution (e.g. double skin test). In the case of progressive diseases it is necessary to abandon the procedure.
  • Patients with a history of streptococcal infections (recurring tonsillitis, severe rheumatoid arthritis) should undergo a double skin test prior to the procedure. In the event of severe rheumatoid arthritis with cardiac symptoms it is necessary to abandon the procedure.
  • One week prior to the procedure the patient should avoid taking aspirin and vitamin C.

 

Post-treatment recommendations

  • For two weeks after the treatment use a sun blocker type sun protection cream
  • Do not put on makeup for 12 hours following injection
  • After treatment avoid exposure to strong insolation (tanning salons, UV radiation), heat (saunas) and extremely low temperatures.
 

Adverse effects

  • redness, erythema

  • pain and hypersensitivity at the correction’s location – these symptoms disappear within 72 hours.
  • hematoma
  • itching in the case of sensitive skin
  • hardening or nodules
  • skin discoloration at the correction’s location

  • literature notes rare cases of necrosis in the area of the glabella, ulcers, caryopsis.

Princess® Rich incorporates the hydrating power of glycerol, a natural moisturiser that retains water which, in combination with the HA, durably increases the hydration of the skin.  it is sterile, viscoelastic, transparent, isotonic and biodegradable gel which whilst no cross-linked is steralised by the glycerol.

 

Indicated for mesotherapy treatments it is injected into the superficial dermis, improving the tone and elasticity of the skin holding of the signs of skin ageing and giving a glow to the skin.

 

With a high concentration of HA and a very high molecular weight, of 3.0 mio Daltons, Princess® Rich achieves long lasting rejuvenation effects.

 

 

PRINCESS® VOLUME

 

Princess® Volume is a is a monophasic, sterile, biodegradable, viscoelastic, clear, isotonic, highly cross-linked and homogenized gel implant.

 

Princess® Volume is perfect for a range of indications including the correction of deep wrinkles and folds, cutaneous depressions, facial contours and the creation of volume. It is recommended for injection into the deep dermis.

 

Due to its optimal visco-elasticity and well adapted needle Princess® Volume can be injected through a 27G needle resulting in a less traumatic injection for the patient .

 

Princess® Volume is also available with added Lidocaine for additional patient comfort.

 

RENÚ

 

RENÚ is a Calcium Hydroxylapatite (CaHA) Dermal Filler used within the Aesthetics Industry.

 

As well as providing an immediately visible volumised lift, RENÚ also works as a collagen stimulator promoting restoration of the skin’s natural collagen that may have been lost over time. RENÚ’s patented hydrogel formula acts as the carrier for the Calcium Hydroxylapatite (CaHA) particles. The hydrogel is gradually absorbed over  time leaving behind the CaHA particles which are slowly broken down into calcium and phosphate ions that promote a longer lasting effect.
